Lead times and fabrication times
Lead times are subject to change. It is the customer's responsibility to email sales@qualitydoor.com to check on lead times and availability. Stock orders ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Nonstock items may fall into the 2-3 week or 4-6 week lead times column. Next day, 2nd day, or 3rd-day orders on stock items ship within 48-72 hours after receipt of order. If there is a delay longer than those 24-48 hours a customer service rep will be in contact immediately to convey all applicable options. If you have a special request feel free to call as same-day shipments can be arranged for an additional charge if available.
Order processing
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of order placement. Orders canceled before 24 hours will incur a 25% order processing fee if processed. Any cancellations after 24 hours of placement will not be accepted. Stock orders canceled after 24 hours of placement but were shipped will incur a 45% to 60% restocking fee, cost of shipping, and a 3.5% merchant transaction fee. Standard processing and ship time for in-stock orders is 3-5 business days. Next day, 2nd day, 3rd-day orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted. The customer will be contacted otherwise. Stock is subject to change at any time.
Sourcing
QualityDoor.com may source a product for our customers from another vendor or partner if the order is needed quickly. Any sourced orders are non-returnable.
Returns / Cancellations
No returns can be accepted on special order products and or products not marked In stock on QualityDoor.com. Special order products are not marked in stock on QualityDoor.com Ligature hardware, items marked with lead time, Electrified Hardware, Custom keyed locks, and Custom fabricated hardware are all non-returnable. There are No Returns on Custom Factory Orders and finishes US4, US3, US10, US10B, BSP, Matte Black, and or any custom finished door hardware which excludes 628 aluminum, 630 stainless steel 626 brushed chrome only. No Returns/Cancellations on Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air, or Expedited orders.
Please note that all custom orders are sold on a "Final Sale" basis only!
Stock Orders canceled within 24 hrs of being placed and before shipping are subject to a 25% processing restock.
Stock orders canceled after 24 hrs of placement that were shipped incur a 45%-60% restocking, Cost of shipping, and merchant 3.5% transaction fee.
There are No returns on stock orders after 3 days of receipt.
No Returns/Cancellations on orders that are charged a Minimum Order Fee. Orders with a Minimum Order Fee cannot be returned.
There are NO Returns on Orders with Free Shipping.
Parts Are Non-Returnable
All items not marked in stock on Qualitydoor.com are final sale.
Approved Returns
To ensure proper handling of your return items, kindly:
- Provide the reason for the return and indicate whether you would prefer a replacement item or an in-house credit to your QDH account
- Provide the purchase date, our original invoice number, and the item number for the item being returned;
- Provide the Return Goods Authorization ("RGA") number on the return package. All return items require prior approval and will not be accepted without an RGA number. All unauthorized returns will be shipped back to the customer at its expense;
- Prepay shipping on your return package. QDH cannot accept C.O.D.'s;
- Note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Returns only available for stock items.
- No Returns on Any Special Order items or on Expedited orders (ie; Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Three Day Air).
Expedited orders
There are absolutely no returns, cancellations on expedited 2nd day, next day, or 3-day orders.
International / Canada
Minimum purchase restriction and/or additional processing fees may apply. Customers are responsible for all custom and duty fee’s levied by their inhabited Countries. QualityDoor.com is not responsible for duties and taxes. There are no returns or cancellations on International orders.
Special orders/Custom products
Items not marked In stock on QualityDoor.com are special order items. Lead times may vary. There are no cancellations or returns on sourced or specially ordered items.
Shortages
Any report of shortages must be made to QualityDoor.com within 1 business day of the signed receipt. Any cancellation request may be denied or subject to restocking fees.
Approved returns
You must contact us to request an RGA number in advance of returning any product! Packages that arrive without the RGA number prominently displayed on the outside of the carton may be refused and returned to you unopened. It is strongly recommended that you declare value when returning material to us that is worth more than $100 as most carriers will not cover losses over that amount without additional insurance.
No third-party benefit
The provisions stated herein are for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and confer no rights, benefits, or claims upon any person or entity, not a party hereto.
Waiver, Choice of Law, and Venue
The failure of either party to assert a right hereunder or to insist upon compliance with any term or condition will not constitute a waiver of that right or excuse any subsequent nonperformance of any such term or condition by the other party. All transactions shall be governed by the State of New York, excluding its conflict of law rules, and to the extent allowed under these terms and conditions, both Quality Door & Hardware Inc. and Customer agree that venue shall be proper in the state courts in Suffolk County, New York or Federal courts for the Long Island District.
Claims Damaged defective hardware.
All claims for hidden damage, missing material, and or damaged boxes must be made within 24 hrs of receipt. If a package arrives in an obviously distressed condition, take pictures and refuse delivery of the package. Do not sign for damaged packaging and or missing material. Once the material is signed for we cannot put in a claim on your behalf. Customers are responsible for reporting damaged boxes directly to the carrier and to refusing the shipment.
Shipping
QualityDoor.com has the right to designate carriers on all shipments. The customers are responsible for filing a freight claim directly with the carrier once the material is signed for and accepted directly with the carrier.

Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Master Card and American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to frequent manufacturer price adjustments based on metal cost fluctuations, pricing is guaranteed only at the time an order is placed.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to New York State are subject to local sales tax. If you are ordering for an exempt organization or for resale, please contact us directly prior to making your online purchase. Exempt or resale certificates must be faxed to us at 718-789-8346.

Intellectual Property
Customers shall have no right, title. or interest in the trade names, trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, patents, domain names, product names, catalogs, or any other intellectual property right (“IP”) reserved by Quality Door & Hardware Inc., or any IP owned by manufacturers and/or suppliers of QualityDoor.com. Customers shall have no right to use or copy any IP of QualityDoor.com or its manufacturers and or suppliers without QualityDoor.com express written consent.
Sourced Products
Sourced Products are priced according to current market conditions on a per-product basis. There are no returns on sourced material. There are no returns or cancellations on sourced products. Sourced products are not marked in stock on our QualityDoor.com website. Restocking fees vary.
Assignment
The customer shall not assign any order, or any interest therein, without the prior written consent of QualityDoor.com. Any actual or attempted assignment without Quality Door & Hardware Inc.’s approval shall entitle QualityDoor.com to cancel such an order upon notice to the customer.
Force Majeure
Quality Door and Hardware Inc shall not be liable for any delay in, or impairment of, performance resulting in whole or in part from any force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disruptions, acts of war, acts of terrorism, governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, epidemics, quarantines, shortages, communication or power loss, fires, accidents, explosions, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, inability to procure supplies or raw materials, or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of CommercialDoorHardwareInc.com (Quality Door & Hardware Inc.)
Severability
If any or portion of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalid or unenforceable term shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining terms and conditions shall be valid and fully enforceable as written.
Authorization
Business Customers represent that any person accepting these Terms of Sale on behalf of the Business Customer is authorized to do so and that all employees and representatives of the Business Customer who access QualityDoor.com or any other QualityDoor.com website on behalf of the Business Customer or otherwise purchase products from QualityDoor.com on behalf of Business customer have the legal right, and are duly authorized, to match such purchases and further authorized to enter into agreements relating to the purchase of products or to obtain pricing or discounts from QualityDoor.com on behalf of Business Customer. Business customers hereby agree to indemnify or hold Quality Door and Hardware Inc. harmless against any breach of this representation.
Limited of Liability
QualityDoor.com (Quality Door and Hardware Inc.) and Third-Party providers expressly disclaim any liability for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages in the performance of services. The liability of QualityDoor.com or Third Party provider performing Services in all circumstances are limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price for the performance.
Indemnity
Business Customers shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Quality Door & Hardware Inc., Third-Party providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and subcontractors from and against any al all claims, suits, liabilities, damages, settlements, charges, taxes, and any other losses or expenses for physical injury to, illness or death of, any third party regardless of status and damage to or destruction of any tangible property which the third party may sustain or incur.
Governing Law Limitations
The rights and obligations of the parties under these terms and conditions shall not be governed by the 1980 United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Rather, these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S., including its provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code, but excluding its conflict of law rules.

SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”). By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the “Dispute Resolution” section below. This Agreement is limited to the program and is not intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts.,The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the program. By participating in the program, you agree to receive automated or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from Us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer, the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all of Our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS” or “autodialer”).
If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP to any mobile text message from Us in order to opt out of the program. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You understand and agree that attempting to opt out by texting other words or verbally requesting one of our team members to remove you from our list is not accounted for as a reasonable means of opting out.
You acknowledge that the message frequency is various and that consent is not a condition to purchase. The program involves recurring mobile messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with us.
You must have a wireless device of your own, be capable of two-way messaging, be using a participating wireless carrier, and be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service. Not all cellular phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific text-messaging instructions.
You may not use or engage with the platform if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you use or engage with the platform and are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to do so. By using or engaging with the platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are not under the age of thirteen (13) years, are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), and have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use or engage with the platform, or are of adult age in your jurisdiction. By using or engaging with the platform, you also acknowledge and agree that you are permitted by your jurisdiction’s Applicable Law to use and/or engage with the Platform.
You warrant and represent to Us that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to agree to these Terms and perform your obligations hereunder, and nothing contained in this Agreement or in the performance of such obligations will place you in breach of any other contract or obligation. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. Any new features, changes, updates, or improvements of the program shall be subject to this Agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time. Any updates to this Agreement shall be communicated to you. You acknowledge your responsibility to review this Agreement from time to time and to be aware of any such changes. By continuing to participate in the program after any such changes, you accept this Agreement, as modified.
